Monthly price by inventory

The tier is the number of vehicles you have listed, not a feature bundle. Every tier includes the feed, the lead email, and a public dealership page.

31–100 vehicles

FMYCAR never changes an existing subscription on its own. If the number of vehicles a dealership has listed grows into a higher tier, FMYCAR emails the new amount and the reason. The higher price is charged only after the dealership explicitly agrees. Until then, the current price stays.

Order of the sign-up

  1. Account and business info

The dealership name, website, city, and state, then the person who will log in.

  2. Verification

Confirm the work email so a store cannot be listed by someone who does not represent it.

  3. Inventory import

Manual entry, a CSV, or an automatic feed. Scheduled sync, price updates, and sold updates.

  4. Count, tier, then payment

You see the count and the monthly price. You authorize the charge. Listings publish after that approval.

Feeds do not wipe the lot

  • Scheduled sync, with price and sold updates
  • Duplicate-VIN detection
  • Validation, an error report, and an import status
  • A feed that fails temporarily does not delete listings

The public page

A verified dealership gets a public marketplace page: the inventory, the salespeople associated with that store, and a lead form. Each inquiry is emailed to the store and to FMYCAR, and the shopper gets a confirmation. Shoppers can filter cars by owner or by dealer.

The independent directory on this site lists 436 dealerships that can claim their card. Live cars, with prices and photos, are on cars.fmycar.com.

FMYCAR and CarSalesSoftware

FMYCAR and CarSalesSoftware are separate products. Neither one requires the other. A dealership can list on FMYCAR without CarSalesSoftware, and can use CarSalesSoftware without listing on FMYCAR. Dealers who use both can opt in to sync inventory and leads, so the same vehicle is not stored twice.

CarSalesSoftware CarSalesSoftware pricing

FMYCAR is a listing marketplace and a free car-buying guide library. It does not buy, sell, or negotiate vehicles, arrange financing, or hold funds, and it does not give paid advice.

Questions

What does a dealership pay?

$97 a month for 0–30 vehicles, $199 for 31–100, and $299 for 101 or more. No setup fee. No commission on the sale.

When is the card charged?

After the account, the business details, email verification, and the inventory import. FMYCAR shows the vehicle count and the tier. Listings publish after you authorize that monthly charge. This website does not run the charge.

What if we add cars later?

FMYCAR never changes an existing subscription on its own. If the number of vehicles a dealership has listed grows into a higher tier, FMYCAR emails the new amount and the reason. The higher price is charged only after the dealership explicitly agrees. Until then, the current price stays.

What if a feed fails?

A failed or delayed feed does not delete listings. Price and sold updates apply when a sync succeeds. Duplicate VINs are flagged. You get a validation report and an import status.

Do we have to use CarSalesSoftware?

No.
