The terms for using fmycar.com, cars.fmycar.com and FMYCAR advisory services: advice-only scope, marketplace listings, SMS consent, liability and disputes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using fmycar.com, cars.fmycar.com and FMYCAR services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Certain services require your affirmative checkbox consent.

2. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the site confirms your acceptance. Please check regularly.

3. FMYCAR services and partner relationships

FMYCAR is an advice-only educational and advisory service and a platform that connects users with independent third-party providers such as dealerships. Vehicles shown on cars.fmycar.com are listed by, priced by and sold by the dealership named on each listing; FMYCAR does not own, insure, inspect or guarantee any vehicle, does not hold title or funds, and is not responsible for third-party actions or services. These Terms apply to all FMYCAR-managed digital properties, including subdomains and campaign microsites.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow applicable laws including TCPA and A2P messaging rules.
• Keep any account credentials secure.
• Refrain from abusive or unlawful behavior on the site.
• You affirm that you are the authorized user of the contact methods provided or have permission to provide them.

5. A2P messaging terms and consent

By submitting your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive SMS/MMS from FMYCAR. Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, vehicle status updates and invoice notifications; promotional messages include offers, incentives and event invitations. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for support, or contact Contact@Fmycar.com / +1 (970) 436-9227. You may receive texts from +1 (970) 436-9227 or other numbers listed on our contact page. Consent is effective from opt-in until revoked; we store consent logs, IP addresses and timestamps for up to 5 years. Opt-in data is never sold or shared for marketing. We use vendors such as Twilio and Bandwidth solely to deliver communications.

6. Intellectual property

All content on fmycar.com is protected. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any part of it without permission. Vehicle photos and descriptions on the marketplace belong to the listing dealership.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify FMYCAR against claims arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

FMYCAR’s liability is limited to $100 or the fees paid to us in the past 6 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Essex County, MA. Class actions are waived.

10. Severability

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
