What does it cost?
The FMYCAR listing is free during launch. You never enter a card to start. After launch, the listing is priced by how many cars you have live, and you see the price before anything is charged. There is no commission on the cars you sell. The CarSales AI app starts with a 14-day free trial.
How do my cars get on FMYCAR?
Sign in and connect your inventory: your website’s inventory feed, a feed from your inventory provider, or a CSV file. Your in-stock cars show on cars.fmycar.com and update every few hours. Sold cars come off on their own.
Do you copy cars off my website without asking?
No. We only import inventory from sources you own or are authorized to use, after you connect them.
Who gets the shopper’s question?
You do. Each question comes to your store with the car attached, by email and in the app. FMYCAR does not sell the car, hold money or sit between you and the buyer.
Why do you check my email?
So nobody can list cars under a dealership that isn’t theirs. If your email is on your dealership’s website domain, confirming it is enough. Otherwise our team checks the store first, usually within one business day.
Do I need the CarSales AI software?
No. The FMYCAR listing works on its own. You still get a login to the app, because that’s where you connect inventory and answer shoppers. Add the full software any time.
Can I stop?
Yes. Turn FMYCAR publishing off in the app whenever you want, and your cars come off the marketplace.
