3. Marketplace inquiries

When you ask about a vehicle on cars.fmycar.com, your name, contact details and message are sent to the dealership that listed the vehicle so it can respond, and a copy is kept by FMYCAR so our concierge can help you. The dealership handles your information under its own privacy policy.

4. SMS messaging privacy

When you opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from FMYCAR we store your phone number, timestamp, opt-in status and message logs for compliance and support. We use this data only to deliver transactional or promotional messages as described in our Terms. We never sell, rent or share opt-in data for third-party marketing; messaging data is shared only with delivery vendors such as Twilio or Bandwidth. Reply STOP to opt out; we confirm your removal and retain the request for compliance.

If you send a form, we link your earlier browsing on our sites to your inquiry so we can help you faster.
